I didn’t build SLAITIQ because I couldn’t win at DFS. I built it because I had.
I’ve played DFS since 2014. Over that time I’ve used projections, optimizers, ownership models, late swap, stacks, simulations and just about every other tool serious players use to make decisions.
In October 2023, I won the DraftKings NFL Millionaire Maker.
But one tournament win isn’t the reason to build a product — and it definitely isn’t a reason for anyone to expect the same result.
What kept pulling me back was the process underneath the lineups. Where did the projection come from? What assumptions were buried inside it? What changed after news broke? How fragile was the ownership number?
SLAITIQ grew out of those questions. The idea is not to create another black box that tells you who to play. The idea is to give serious DFS players an independent view of the slate — and make the system transparent enough that you can decide what you believe.
My DFS record is a reason to take a look at SLAITIQ. What the product does from here has to be the reason to keep using it.
